Romantic 1970s vintage Boho Luxe maxi dress by Carnegie of London . The dress is a sleeveless column style in silky stretchy polyester featuring a vibrant psychedelic Baroque floral design in scarlet, cerise and indigo blue on a black background. An elbow-length cape in sheer black chiffon falls over the shoulders from a round collared neckline, there is a large decorative self-fabric rose feature at the cleavage and a back zip fastening. Stunning statement dress in excellent condition.
