All our clothing is sold according to the actual measurements of the clothes, our sizings are estimates of modern UK, and US sizes and for your convenience only. Vintage size labels can be misleading - a vintage dress from the 1970s labelled a UK size 18 is likely to have a bust measurement of only 38-40". To avoid disappointment we advise you to check our measurements against those of a similar garment which fits you well, before you make a purchase.
